Love Cielo Apartments
November 15, 2023Everything at Cielo is perfect, from the club house to the pool, Hottub etc. and the apartments are very nice. My only complaints is with the 24/7 gym… Don’t get me wrong, the gym is awesome. However, the tv remotes are always missing from the gym, there is no “Decline Bench” or “Dips Station” other than that it’s perfect… rubber floors, big ceiling, big mirrors, yoga room, stepping machine, stationary bikes, treadmills, ellipticals, squat rack, a little station to do UFC type workouts, dumbbells ...up to 70lbs, Barbell, with 3 pairs of 45lb plates, big bathrooms, keycard unlocking doors it’s legit… just missing decline bench and something to do dips.Property Manager Responded

Great Staff Okay Building

My experience for over two years
September 2, 2023Even though the building and the apartments are new, there were several problems wit the flooring. Al during my stay, the floors were coming up in certain areas. The amenities are good, but it was not worth the rent price in my view. I had to break the lease because the Veterans Administration relocated me to another national cemetery without a choice. Because of that, I still owe a substantial financial penalty beyond my control but, it is what it is. I think that the rent should be lowered at ...least until they can teen force the flooring for all of the apartments.Property Manager Responded

Liking it so far after 8 months
April 19, 2023I like the staff and maintenance team, they do a great job in my opinion. My one bedroom apartment is laid out well, with the space biased toward a bigger living room. Nice on the outside
April 5, 2023These apartments are built like a contractor's never stepped foot inside. The lights are wired wrong so they all click when cooling off after turned off. You need a space heater to keep warm in the winter because the doors and windows are not square letting in all the cold air. The office women are crazy rude for no reason acting like we are bothering them.. but the pool and mail room are nice.Property Manager Responded

The apartment team is great!
December 30, 2022Our unit is lovely, well designed and functional. We love the high ceilings, open floor plan and all of the energy efficient appliances. We appreciate the different amenities that the complex offers like the gym and pool. What really makes this apartment great is the thoughtful management. They throw events, make sure things are running well, and are super responsive to maintenance requests.
