Stay far away!!! Cockroaches!!!
February 24, 2025Numerous issues that you don't want to deal with. Massive cockroach issue, parking issues, management issues, marijuana use issue,..the list goes on and on. It's touted as a luxury apartment but it's anything but. Still living here, won't in a few months when lease it up. I'm a realtor, know what should be going on and what shouldn't. There's a reason they offer free rent. Don't do it!!!Review from Apartments.com

March 21, 2023Where do we start? Rents raised more then 10% for last two years in a row. Mandatory Cable and door-side trash collection fees of $100/mo. Fire Pit out of commission for close to a year. Hot Tub RARELY operating. Key Fobs don't work. No extra/guest parking as Cielo puts no limits on how many cars a 3-bedroom home can add to the already exhausted parking problems. ... and NOW... just as the weather is about to warm up, Cielo decides that THIS is the best time to remodel the fire pit. Doing so will ...shut down the pool area for at least 6 weeks as we head into the heat of late spring. Why didn't they do it during the winter months when it wasn't working and children didn't need the pool for exercise and cooling off? The answer i rec'd was "It's not my decision". Living here however, IS YOUR DECISION. I will be leaving at the end of my lease.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 26, 2022Since Stellar Management took over here, the renter's support is outstanding ... maintenance workers Jae and Thomas are exceptional with any requests ... Scott and Heather, on site managers, are always available and very responsive to any questions or requests .... Calls and email are answered very timely ... neat exterior and well cared for buildings ... quiet community ... could not be happier living here ....Review from Apartments.com
