Living experience I lived at Cienega apartments for almost a full year , the experience was amazing , nothing but positive vibes and super quick to assist and respond back when I had questions , the apartment complex have flex which allows you to split your rent into 2 payments wich is super helpful, they host events like Easter , back to school , Mother’s Day and so on! Sad I had to relocate and not able to continue living there. Definitely recommend 10/10

Hot off the burner Glad this issue was taken care of . Might not sound urgent to many but nice to have the option to have all stove burners up and working. You never know. But all was taken care, thank you Janie and Ruben . Great job . Nice to know management team by name . As well as Lisa and Alegria are on top of concerns.

Read the fine print Coming up on a year in this apartment; Do it. Read everything. Rent is non-negotiable, and they base it on “market rate”… but that quote they give you isn’t always what it seems. When there’s amendments or changes to your lease, don’t just go along with it. Take the time to review your contract. Don’t let the obligation take over, know exactly what you’re signing.

A safe place to live The apartment, the area, the pool, the gym, the neighbors and most important the employees helped me since the first day. I came depressed in a middle of a divorce process and all of them were so kind, comprehensive and always were there for me. Love the place and recomended as a 5 star Apartment complex to live a entire life or use it in whateverthe processyou are in your life. I left because I found my second dream house. Apartmenthome Current resident. I enjoy the peaceful environment. Spacious compared to others . Friendly and customer service oriented staff. Well kept, clean, trees trimmed, grass nicely cut. The balcony is my deciding part of these apartmenthome. Really gives them a nice touch and used as more living space.
