    Worst property manager I've ever seen. He appears to know very little about the apartments until after you've applied and is very competent at bait and switch. I wouldn't trust this place. I only feel that he deserves to be at this property as he is as trustworthy as the homeless people outside the fence. I'm grateful I didn't waste any more time than I did with these liars as they should be better. They have good floor plans, but corporate and management doesn't appear to care about future ...

    It’s a pretty nice place to live. The people I’ve met have been friendly and neighborly. The gated community feels safe to be in and walk around at night. Management is nice. Repair guys are nice.

    Heartless management nickel-and-dime tenants. In the past I've seen management out and about the property. Since Hugo arrived, I've not seen a single office person outside of the office. A good property manager routinely inspects property and interacts with tenants.
