    The staff has been very helpful. I’ve enjoyed the location the quietness the dog area is the pool and the gym. I’m just starting off here, but everything has gone smooth to this point and feel comfortable in this move especially leaving my family and my wife in the separation it’s been used since being alone so trusting a place is tough so right now this is really a good place to start my new future

    Living at Circ has been a good experience overall. The apartments are well-maintained, and the location is convenient, making it easy to get to classes and around town. The staff is generally helpful, and maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner. I’ve enjoyed the amenities available, especially the gym and lounge areas, which are great for relaxing or studying. However, one thing I wish was better is the pool area. It’s a nice spot when it’s open, but the limited hours make it ...
    hard to enjoy, especially during the warmer months. It would also be great if there were a hot tub—this addition would really enhance the overall experience and provide a nice way to unwind. Despite that, I’ve had a positive time living here and would still recommend Circ to other students looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live near campus.

    Circ is nothing special. They are a corporate-owned apartment complex just like all the others. They have to abide by Greystar's policies and management rules, so you can expect to be treated with the same corporate politeness and bureaucratic excuses as any other corporate-owned apartment complex. You will likely get a clean, functional apartment, but anything beyond that requires effort on your part to deal with their managers.

    Just renewed my lease for another year. This is a great place to live, quiet, well maintained. I was dreading lease renewal time, thinking they would jack it way up- nope! Slight rent increase, very reasonable. We've been very happy and content here!

    Normally I don’t give 5 stars, but I really have nothing to complain about. Is there noise sometimes? Yes, that’s what comes with apartment-living, so it never bothers me. The staff has always been kind and helpful, the amenities are awesome, it’s pet-friendly, and in a great location. It’s probably the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in.

    It is good! And, the property staff are very friendly and helpful. I love the amenities and the locality. This place is a steal. I’d recommend to all my friends.

    Great location, just down the street from delicious restaurants and the mall. The club house is clean and fun. The pool is great during the summer. The community is in all decent and respects one another.
