January 2, 2026Great experience so far?? I’ve had an overall good experience living at this apartment community. The location is convenient and close to shopping, dining, and main roads, which makes daily errands easy. The apartments themselves are a good size with functional layouts, and maintenance has generally been responsive when issues come up. The grounds are usually kept clean, and parking has been manageable. While there are a few areas that could be improved, such as occasional noise or minor upkeep ...details, it’s been a comfortable place to live overall. August 7, 2025The staff has been very helpful. I’ve enjoyed the location the quietness the dog area is the pool and the gym. I’m just starting off here, but everything has gone smooth to this point and feel comfortable in this move especially leaving my family and my wife in the separation it’s been used since being alone so trusting a place is tough so right now this is really a good place to start my new futureProperty Manager Responded

August 1, 2025Living at Circ has been a good experience overall. The apartments are well-maintained, and the location is convenient, making it easy to get to classes and around town. The staff is generally helpful, and maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner. I’ve enjoyed the amenities available, especially the gym and lounge areas, which are great for relaxing or studying. However, one thing I wish was better is the pool area. It’s a nice spot when it’s open, but the limited hours make it ...hard to enjoy, especially during the warmer months. It would also be great if there were a hot tub—this addition would really enhance the overall experience and provide a nice way to unwind. Despite that, I’ve had a positive time living here and would still recommend Circ to other students looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live near campus.Property Manager Responded

July 29, 2025Circ is nothing special. They are a corporate-owned apartment complex just like all the others. They have to abide by Greystar's policies and management rules, so you can expect to be treated with the same corporate politeness and bureaucratic excuses as any other corporate-owned apartment complex.
