February 29, 2024I love this community because the environment is beautiful and the convenience of everything within a couple of miles such as the Fort Lauderdale Airport, the beach just over the causeway, events across the street at Arts Park, and downtown Hollywood in walking distance with several restaurants, shopping, and street festivals , always something fun to do! The management is very professional and the maintenance is extremely efficient and timely. Lastly, this building has all the ammenities on ...the ninth floor and the infinity pool is gorgeous with views of Arts Park, the sky blue ocean and a perfectly landscaped golf course. July 13, 2023Great place to live and the property management company has recently made great changes regarding security and premises needs. The pool deck is the best on young circle and the layout of the apartments is the best in Hollywood. Have not been this happy livi mg anywhere in a long time.Property Manager Responded

July 12, 2023First off, they forced all residents (after signing leases) to sign up with FETCH - you cannot get packages sent to your own building that you pay a ton of money in rent for. And if FETCH loses the package, the companies don’t refund you because it’s a mail forwarding place. You get screwed on all ends. Two: the cleanliness has gone down to a 1/10 versus when we moved in it was a 9/10. The pool area is so gross, the pool itself is gross the filters don’t work there’s sand and hair in it and the ...chairs are dirty and unclean. The hallways upstairs went from being clean to gross. But the redid the whole lobby because that’s what matters right ;) Third) no guest parking We were so excited when we first moved in we had planned to stay for a few years but there’s no way anymore. It’s so gross here and for 3k+ a month it’s so not worth it! We plan to move just because of the mail situation alone - we have spent hours of our time wasted fighting with companies for refunds or trying to get packages that don’t deliver to FETCH but get denied here. It’s a horrible experience that they call luxury. It sucks because it was so good for so many months before castle living management showed up!Property Manager Responded

July 2, 2023CIRC Residences are very nice. Located in the heart of downtown Hollywood, you have access to tons of restaurants, the beach (via shuttle), a very nice pool, gym, and other cool amenities. For the type of funds you pay, I do wish access to the parking lot was more... refined and clean, with a more luxury type feel. It sucks that I don't get to experience the same look/feel of the front area since I only go there to get the mail. Parking for visitors would also be great.
