Also there are bugs (cockroaches, ants, spiders) all over the place. they refuse to call the pest control agency and most apartments here have cockroach issues and ants that are literally coming out of the woodwork.Property Manager Responded

All our apartments do come with an assigned parking space.Please feel free to stop by the office and we can see what we can do to accommodate an additional parking space. As far as the pest control, we do have a pest control company that is on property every week. I have reviewed our pest control log and do not currently see any complaints regarding cockroaches. However, If you are experiencing an insect problem within your apartment please notify the office immediately and we will have your apartment serviced during the next weekly service day.

Circa 2020
August 8, 2015The city of Redlands hasn't had an upscale apartment homes ever. Circa 2020 is the first and I am very happy to have been one of the first tenants to move in during their Phase I. Although I only moved less than 2 miles away it feels like I am living in entirely new city and community! The general feel/vibe is more than I expected. It is centrally located close to downtown Redlands where you can experience it's historical charm and grace. Also, centrally located to many shops, restaurants and ...activities. Within an hours drive to the beautiful snow capped mountains, the serene California oceans or the enchanting low and high deserts within southern California - you can experience all and then some! It's great place to live whether in an adult community or as a family. The common areas of the property are well maintained and the staff always remembers your name and greets you especially when in the midst of showing potential new tenants the complex. It has a beautiful pool area with gazebos, televisions, bbq as well as multiple lounge areas throughout the complex. A playground, a dog park, a beautiful serene water fountain that will soon be erect for all to enjoy. amazing place
August 29, 2015Love the community vibe, its hip and trendy but amazingly family oriented and safe. grounds well kept secure and gated community. The office staff is personable and friendly and very helpful. I have to add that the Chris the gentle man who maintains the apt is always available and geared up and ready to help. over all Circa 2020 is amazing its still work in progress but its definitely resort style living and i love it here. My only complaint is that my garage is too small and I'm terrified ...of diving my 2016 car into what my friend said looks like a small closet. Very Happy!
July 30, 2015I moved into this community in May and it has been everything I have expected and more, It has really exceeded my expectations! The community, pool, and fitness center is absolutely amazing, along with the friendly office staff. This is truly the one and only luxury property in Redlands, so if you are looking for a more upscale, brand new apartment this is the place for you. It can be a bit in the higher price range, but hey you do get what you pay for! So Far, So Good!
July 25, 2015I moved into Circa 2020 about a month ago, and my high expectations for the community has been met so far. The A/C Units in the apartment works great, the pool is beautiful, and the sound proofing between each apartment is exceptional. Nights here tend to be quiet and relaxing. It is also a big plus how close the community is to downtown Redlands. Hopefully everything stays this way in the months ahead.
