I've lived in Circa 922 for nearly a year and a half now, and it's been a great experience. The location is right in the heart of the West Loop, making it incredibly convenient. The property management and maintenance team has been exceptional as they are always responsive and professional. If you're looking to live in the West Loop, this is a great place to start.

Amazing location. Incredibly clean. Extremely responsive and skilled maintenance staff. Management office is also helpful and we have regular events. The other tenants are very nice and it is a great community to live in. Free coffee and tea is an amazing daily perk on top of it all.

Circa 922 has been a wonderful experience having lived here for almost a year now. The building is kept incredibly well, the employees and caretakers are always warm and welcoming, and the units are great quality. Not to mention, the West Loop is the best neighborhood in the city to live in!

When we started looking for apartments, we knew we wanted to be in West Loop. When we came to Circa, we knew right when we walked in the door it was the perfect spot for us. The team here was super knowledgeable, friendly and no pressure. The building itself (and what we loved the most) was more boutique feel and very well maintained. I left saying did you see the white paint was still super white and the carpets so clean? You could tell right away they took care of the property and when you take ...

I’ve live in Circa 922 for over six months now and only have had a positive experience. Everything from the staff, amenities, and neighbors have been spectacular. It’s hard to be the location as well.
