      Fraudulent rent increases and fees

      Current tenant at Circa Central. Management does not make clear what their hidden fees throughout the application process are, which is $290 just to submit an application. There are still added fees and price hikes on top of that. The prices shown on their website and here on Apartments.com are not reflective of the actual amount you pay. I would not bother with this complex, as I feel the management is not transparent with their pricing.
