I LOVE CIRCLE HILL APARTMENTS
December 9, 2021So, this is actually my first place! And I must say before I moved here from the city, it took me 8 months to find the PERFECT fit for me. I love everything about the area and the apartments. First of all, everything in my apartments works and it’s works perfectly fine. I love how spacious the apartment is; I highly enjoy looking at the sunrise and sunset from my patio! Management is so professional and nice. Patty is just the best you can ever meet. She cares deeply for her tenants and will make ...you laugh. I also love that I am around everything I could imagine from the gas station, to the nearest grocery store, auto shops, dr office, schools, shopping centers, Theatre, you name it!!! This is the best. A great place
July 26, 2018We have lived here for two years and are very satisfied with the place and people. The apartment is spacious, surrounded by plenty of trees and lawns. Kathy and Patty at the leasing office are very nice and considerate, and we are also very satisfied with the maintenance and repair work the team provides. Schools are very good: Ivy Hill Elementary School is only 6 minutes walk, and Thomas Middle School is well rated as well. Overall, a great place to live.Review from Apartments.com
Perfect bachelor pad
August 23, 2015Just moved to Chicago and this place is perfect for what I was looking for! Very spacious and the maintenance man lives on the premises which means nothing is broken for too long! Location is A as it is very close to the train. Leasing office people are wonderful.
