    Dear ZRS Management, I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding the unexplained and unauthorized charges levied against my account at Cirq5100, where my family and I have resided for almost two years. While our initial experience was positive, recent events have severely eroded our confidence in your company's billing practices and overall tenant relations. For the past several months, my monthly statement has included arbitrary fees totaling $40, without any accompanying ...
    explanation or justification. This is particularly troubling given my consistent and timely rent payments, a fact meticulously documented in my payment history. The attached email correspondence clearly demonstrates a miscommunication regarding my renter's insurance address, a discrepancy that appears to be the sole basis for these unwarranted charges. This is unacceptable and directly contradicts the strict payment enforcement policies your company implements. Past experiences have shown that even the slightest discrepancy in payment results in immediate rejection; the inconsistent application of these policies is concerning. These unexplained fees not only represent a significant financial burden but also raise serious concerns about transparency and fair billing practices within your organization. I have diligently adhered to all terms of my lease agreement; there is no basis for these charges. I am aware that this issue is not isolated to my account and that other tenants are facing similar challenges. I respectfully request a comprehensive and immediate investigation into these charges. I expect a detailed and itemized explanation justifying each fee, along with supporting documentation. Furthermore, I demand a full refund for all improperly applied charges. While I appreciate the professionalism and courtesy consistently extended by Property Manager Laura and the assistant property manager, the unresolved billing discrepancies necessitate a decisive response from your corporate office. I trust that this matter will be resolved swiftly and fairly. Should this issue remain unaddressed, I will be forced to explore alternative avenues to protect my financial interests and ensure fair treatment. Sincerely, Unsatisfied Tenant

    The management is a disgrace and needs to reevaluate how they handle things. The manager had the audacity to ask me to remove my bad review and in return she’ll sign off the papers for my lease to end. Pathetic, poorly organized, heartless and rude office team. Look elsewhere for a home- this place will give you more anxiety than anything

    Do not stay here!!!!!!!!! No work order every get resolved!!! They charge for everything a lot of hidden fees. I was unable to check my mail for weeks because the office lost the key. My first month here my roof leaked. All my mail got sent back to the sender because of this. I asked for the regional manager because the property manager was not helpful at all, never received .The overall grounds of the property is nice just the office needs some serious help!!!!! My roof was molded and they just ...
    painted over it. My rental insurance adjuster asked for the work order the office will not closed it out and can not explain what they did to fix the problem. When the maintenance team arrived they just painted over it!

    I have been living in Blue Isles, now Cirq 5100 since 2016. I really enjoy this space. I love the fact that my service requests are met promptly and the maintenance team is very efficient and respectful. The management team is amazing, they work hard in keeping our community beautiful and safe. The apartments are recently upgraded and they look and feel much more modern.     DO NOT MOVE HERE!! This place is a total rip off the force you into a valley trash, and then change the price on you without any notification at all when quite honestly, it doesn’t work anyway because there’s constantly garbage stockpiled by the compactor that causes all types of bugs and rats. Your neighbors are very inconsiderate. The apartments are old shoddy, full of outdated appliances people don’t take care of their pets properly. They leave them on the porch for them to bark for hours and ...

  • Zero common courtesy

    I've been living at this place for 8 years, lately I have seen many dogs off their leash and I was just approached by two smaller dogs who ran at me with their teeth showing and trying to bite my legs. Finally they ran back when their owner called and I couldn't see the owner to approach him or her. Months ago I was on my back porch reading and a lady had a pit bull who charged at me and rammed into my porch. I told her to put the dog on a better leash cause those long leashes that let them run ...
    is no good for that type of dog. I have seen more and more tenants with pit bull dogs in the past year. There has to be at least twenty or more pit bulls living here. I'm going to be carrying ant spray on my walks now and will spray any dog that comes charging at me with no leash showing their teeth and barking viciously. I love dogs but it is the ignorant owners who teach them to be this way. I have seen so much selfish things the newer tenants do, like throw their trash everywhere and in bushes. Not pick up after their dog's poop. I can't even count how many times my fiance' and I have stepped on poop bringing in groceries and even poop on the cement walk ways. These tenants use zero common sense and courtesy and I'm tired of it. I love this place but the new trash they are allowing to move here is making us want to move ASAP! A good credit score means ZILCH! I've seen ppl with bad credit behave like a better human being. Nothing ever gets done to correct situations, I see no courtesy letters being sent to all of us on picking up after their dogs, no littering and keeping dogs on a leash for everyone's safety, we are supposed to be a gated community, the front gates are open 24/7, people don't take the time to allow the gates to open or close they just ram right into them causing to make the gates not work properly. This place is turning ghetto and thanks to the new tenants that have been moving in, I have seen so many ppl moving out and I know exactly why, that's why we will be moving too. So sad to see such a beautiful place go to waste over ignorant people smh.

    hello I've been a resident at the blue isles apartment homes for about 3-4 years during this time there has been a complete office staff, and matinence worker turnovers, they only give you until the 3rd of the month to pay rent, anytime after then its $100.00 extra. Nothing is icluded in the rent so you pay for water, sewage, trash, cable. your not informed of this at the first inquiry. office staff only one of them is kind, courteous, and approachable.
