Needs better attention to units and tenets

It's our last night in this complex and if we could've left sooner we would have. Rent is reasonable even w two pets so the affordability is fine. The problem is the management. They barely give notice on new things being added and when they do it's too late, we put in a work order for roaches in our bathroom and they never showed up and marked it as done, our door swings open when left unlocked, and its even more difficult to lock the door cause the actual lock on the door is uneven, the swamp ...
coolers are completely useless and it's controlled w light switches so you cant put it on a setting and even when left on high all day and night, it still climbs to above 85° in the unit in the summer, the floors were installed poorly where even if we move furniture around it will lift the peel-and-stick, fake wood flooring up, the counters aren't leveled, we can't activate the cooler or the heater manually, the maintenance men "need" to be the ones to do it, a tree got torn down during a storm MONTHS ago and they still have done nothing about it, the gym has NO fans or air conditioning, and only a handful of washer and dryer's actually work in the laundry room. This complex is extremely close to the university and lots of hiking trails. However this complex doesn't offer more than 1 bedrooms and studios. So overall, 3.6/10. There are just wayyyy too many cons than pros.
