November 29, 2021Great apartments and facilities. Just no one to maintain the tech in the amenities areas. Location is convenient. Used to have a problem with towing but they stopped that, however did not notify residents of the policy change. December 7, 2020I absolutely have loved my experience with Citadel, since moving in and prior to. Every time that I've come in to the office, they have always had taken COVID precautions, makes me feel safe. I had a mix up in the beginning, but we're all people and misunderstandings/mistakes can happen. However, the Citadel Team's response was to make it work and to help me with in having a 'stress-free move-in'. Which I did! :) Since move in, I've loved the amenities and the resident portal! Super updated ...community & resident self-serve programs/aps which make me feel like I'm actually living in 2020, compared to dated apartments I've previously lived in.Property Manager Responded

So amazing
November 6, 2020I think my favorite part about the community is the office staff, especially Quenesha! She is just an angel and has been so helpful! Really I asked her the most random questions and have called at least 1000x's a day and she has still been so sweet and kind to me!
