The staff is prompt and professional, and maintenance requests are responded to promptly. My unit is beautiful, and feels like a home.

Used to have a problem with towing but they stopped that, however did not notify residents of the policy change. And mandatory fees (valet trash, amenities) mean that the rental rate you see advertised can be misleading

Every time that I've come in to the office, they have always had taken COVID precautions, makes me feel safe. I had a mix up in the beginning, but we're all people and misunderstandings/mistakes can happen. However, the Citadel Team's response was to make it work and to help me with in having a 'stress-free move-in'. Which I did! :) Since move in, I've loved the amenities and the resident portal! Super updated ...community & resident self-serve programs/aps which make me feel like I'm actually living in 2020, compared to dated apartments I've previously lived in.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded
