Citadel is a great place to live! The pool, community center, fitness center and grounds are kept well maintained and functional. The staff is prompt and professional, and maintenance requests are responded to promptly. My unit is beautiful, and feels like a home.

Great apartments and facilities. Just no one to maintain the tech in the amenities areas. Location is convenient. Used to have a problem with towing but they stopped that, however did not notify residents of the policy change. And mandatory fees (valet trash, amenities) mean that the rental rate you see advertised can be misleading

This is a newly-built, modern, and clean apartment complex. It is a good location and quite peaceful during the weekdays. I found it very relaxing just sitting at the balcony and looking at the people or sky.

I absolutely have loved my experience with Citadel, since moving in and prior to. Every time that I've come in to the office, they have always had taken COVID precautions, makes me feel safe. I had a mix up in the beginning, but we're all people and misunderstandings/mistakes can happen. However, the Citadel Team's response was to make it work and to help me with in having a 'stress-free move-in'. Which I did! :) Since move in, I've loved the amenities and the resident portal! Super updated ...
community & resident self-serve programs/aps which make me feel like I'm actually living in 2020, compared to dated apartments I've previously lived in.
