    I have received zero follow up on my requests from the time I moved in. I have also received no response after I expressed my concerns with the mess that was made when my tub was repainted. The lack of communication has been very frustrating and I know other residents feel the same.

    The property is nice. The maintenance team is excellent; very friendly, very fast, and got the jobs done quickly. I wish I hadn’t needed them. There are NO lighting fixtures in any of the bedrooms. Come prepared to install them yourself or spend hundreds of dollars to get them installed. This is terrible. You can very easily hear your neighbors above you. There’s little to no sound proofing.

    This used to be a great place to live. We have no grass only dirt, sand and dead grass! The trees were not trimmed properly so dead branches are all over and easy to twist a foot or ankle on. Downspouts of gutters not installed properly and Victor refuses to install them properly. When my apt was remodeled, they did not caulk the base to the backsplash, so I have to scrub it with a toothbrush. Also they did not properly caulk between the tub and tile on the tub area.

    Avoid this place at all costs. I lived here for three years and the only reason I stayed that long was because moving is expensive, certainly not because the property or management deserved it. I am a very easygoing person and rarely leave reviews, but I wish I had paid attention to the warnings from other residents. I regret not listening. The maintenance crew is the only bright spot. They were consistently friendly and helpful. Everyone else was terrible. The office staff is unresponsive and ...
    careless. Emails go unanswered and calls are ignored until you chase them down repeatedly. When they misapplied my rent, it took several calls before they finally corrected their mistake. The property is poorly maintained and unsafe. Management launched a nine month roofing project with no meaningful notice to residents. Nails and debris littered the grounds; both my sister and I stepped on nails that pierced our shoes. Complaints were brushed off, workers left tar and materials scattered everywhere, and the noise was constant. Security is a joke. For more than two and a half years the entry gate never worked, leaving cars vulnerable to break-ins, something that happened regularly, yet management never fixed it. This is not just inconvenient, it is negligent. The maintenance team deserves credit, but the rest of the staff and management show zero regard for residents’ safety, comfort, or time. Save yourself the headache and look anywhere else.

We are in regular communication with local law enforcement and the only issues we’ve had involved cars that were left unlocked by their owners, with those incidents being extremely rare.
