My partner and I decided to move here because of a few things. The staff was welcoming and understanding, Clean, well maintained Units, and close to stores,gas stations, and freeway. Out of all of them, Citron had the kindest and most welcoming staff by far – they truly took the time to make us feel at home. The move-in process was smooth and stress free. Its a no-go
January 30, 2022Lived here for a year and am glad my lease is up. As others have stated, mailboxes were broken into quite frequently. I cannot count the amount of times I had to go to the front office to get a new mail key. It doesn't help that the mailboxes are out in the open. When I first moved in, the apartment smelled like a smoker had lived there or smoke had came in through the vents and settled in that apartment. It was a very strong burnt marijuana smell. I was told it was "New carpet" smell, but that ...was definitely not it. It took almost a month just to get the smell out of there. Maintenance takes a while to complete requests. In addition, some of the maintenance requests were marked as completed when no one had even shown up to fix anything. For the amount you're being charged here, you'd be better off paying a little bit more at one of the other apartment complexes in the area and getting more space. I understand the surrounding area is getting more expensive, but these apartments are definitely not worth it and outdated compared to the surrounding area.Property Manager Responded

Not safe.
August 14, 2021After being here for 3 years, i no longer feel safe since the new management has taken over. My mailboxes have been broken into, my car has been broken into, stolen car, & there is shady people around at all hours of the night. I can’t wait to get out of here.Property Manager Responded
