Not worth the stress
May 18, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comWe moved in and were immediately let down — keys weren't ready on time, the apartment was filthy, and our moving truck got towed from a parking spot the manager told us to use. The manager promised us one month free rent to make it right. That credit never happened. Instead, when we moved out, we found they had been taking our security deposit to cover rent without ever telling us. After moving out on February 24, 2026, we were legally owed our deposit back within 30 days. It has been well past ...that deadline and we still have not seen a dime. Every time we call, it goes straight to voicemail. Emails take weeks to get a response, and all we got was "we're working on it" and "we need to check with finance." Then they told us the check was already sent — that was over a month ago. Nothing arrived. This property changes managers every 2–3 months and it shows. No accountability, no follow-through, and zero customer service. We have now sent a formal demand letter via Certified Mail and will be filing in Small Claims Court if this is not resolved. We are also filing complaints with the appropriate housing and consumer protection agencies. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. A Warning for Future Residents: Document Everything
January 26, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI moved into this complex in March 2025 and immediately discovered severe issues that were not visible during the tour. After moving in, I hired an independent, certified mold inspector whose lab results confirmed high levels of toxic mold spores (Chaetomium and Penicillium/Aspergillus) inside the unit. ? Despite presenting these professional lab findings to the regional and onsite management teams, my requests for proper remediation were ignored. This situation eventually led to a formal hearing ...where a judge ruled that the property was negligent and that I was owed a full refund and damages for these uninhabitable conditions. ?Even with a court ruling in my favor, management has still not fulfilled their obligation to pay what is owed. If you value your health and your time, please be aware that you may have to take extreme measures to get this company to follow basic habitability laws.
