December 11, 2025i do not like it at all and fully unsatisfied. low management, high rent amount, dirty, unsafe place, open gated, and at night it is not safe at all. There are many charges around and every month we face new mandatory extra payments and fee. My partner and I decided to move here because of a few things. The staff was welcoming and understanding, Clean, well maintained Units, and close to stores,gas stations, and freeway. Out of all of them, Citron had the kindest and most welcoming staff by far – they truly took the time to make us feel at home. The move-in process was smooth and stress free.
