From the very beginning, Zach was incredibly helpful throughout the application and move-in process. He was responsive, professional, and made everything smooth and stress-free. February 14, 2026I am very happy with the complex overall. As a constructive suggestion, I believe the pet area could be better defined. Currently, since it is located around the building, maintenance becomes more difficult, and pet waste is frequently seen in different areas along the perimeter, including common walkways. The constant presence of pet waste in multiple areas affects the cleanliness and overall experience of the community. I believe that a designated, enclosed dog park could help centralize ...usage, make maintenance easier, and improve the hygiene of the outdoor areas.Property Manager Responded

December 19, 2025Overall, the community is great, and the building is new with a very nice structure. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. Some first-floor apartments are at a disadvantage because delivery drivers do not have direct access to the apartment doors. The garage divides the ground floor into two areas, which prevents deliveries from reaching certain units. This was a concern I mentioned during my tour, and I was told deliveries would come directly to my door, which has not been the ...case. A back door or alternate access could help solve this. The package room could also be better organized. Although shelves are assigned by floor, packages are often mixed together and difficult to find. I’ve also noticed that Amazon Grocery does not allow perishable deliveries to this address. Lastly, since I work out very early, having access to the coffee machine outside leasing office hours would be a great improvement.Property Manager Responded
