Where to start... this place use to be pretty great for the price. The old manager Ken always got things done on a timely manner. During the day, he would always be seen walking around taking care of little things without having to be asked to do it. Now there is a new manager and she is terrible. The gate is always broken. The pipes keep busting. The machines in the laundry are always broken. The AC's are always broken. All these things take weeks to get fixed, including the water. We had to go ...
to family members houses just to shower for days. When you ask her about something it's just excuse after excuse. She basically tells you to "do it yourself". That's just the maintenance aspect of it. She takes advantage of being the manager. She allows her family members to park all over the fire lanes for days on end and actually gives them parking spots. The place is cool but don't move in here until this lady is no longer managing it. It makes me wonder if the owner knows any of what is going on or if she is hiding it all from him. Hard to track the owner down. I have tried many times. If you're a lawyer and you don't win cases, you get fired. If you do payroll and no one gets paid, you get fired. If you work at McDonalds and the orders are always wrong, you get fired. She should be fired.
