April 3, 2022pros: exterior property is well maintained, safe neighborhood, friendly neighbors Cons: anything you report will never get fixed. I’m talking pests, broken water heaters (that means no warm showers for MONTHS), broken doors, leaky faucets that will cost YOU money, sink gnats, you all just deal with. The worst place I've lived...
May 16, 2021Should have gotten my first hint that this was not going to be a fun experience when the apartment was not cleaned prior to my move in. Cockroaches, fist fights in the parking lot, nonstop barking dogs, trash covering the property, constant police presence, and poor to no response from property management. They are getting new property management at the end month, but unless the new team can take this complex through a full 180, I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to live here...Property Manager Responded
