Very pleasant experience living in City Centre! I signed my lease before moving to Ithaca and was a little nervous about not seeing it beforehand, but it really was as nice as the photos. Everything is new and kept clean, and the staff is very responsive. Bagel shop downstairs is super convenient. Even during the coldest part of the winter, my unit was really cozy.

CityCentre is the best of the high rise apt buildings in downtown Ithaca. The management team is truly service-oriented, the building amenities are impeccably maintained. You can host private gatherings in public spaces. Building cleanliness is top priority. The management team offers events regularly to build community and is responsive to its tenants. The apartment units have high quality fixtures and great temperature control.

I love living in this community. Neighbors are friendly and the staff are wonderful. It’s a safe and fun place to live. The building is right in the heart of the downtown so it’s very convenient to access to other places in town.

Melessa was amazing. She help me to get squared away and ready to move in. The area is located in amazing location easy access to downtown Ithaca. The amenities are amazing, the space is extremely comfortable. Between that hours of 11:00 and 12:30 when I was there, it was not high flow of traffic with a single person in the gym.
