August 30, 2022For 2 months, I've been trying to contact management about possibly leasing an apartment at City Heights Magnolia Place. Filled out at least 2 applications, requested a tour on the apartment website, phone calls going to voicemail. Still no response.Review from Apartments.com
Moved From Ohio to Louisiana!
January 23, 2016I moved from Ohio to Louisiana did all of my arrangements for housing on line. I was highly impressed when i arrived at the apartments! Wonderful office staff happy and ready to greet me. The apartment was clean, the walls were freshly painted and it was everything that the brochure stated.Me being from the country and this being an apartment complex vs. 9 acres out in the middle of no where i really thought i would have a lot of problems with noise. However, not so much with this complex! The ...way it was built you hardly heard a peep out of any one in the complex. If I had even the smallest of problems i was very impressed with how quickly the maintenance staff responded and fixed the problems at hand. The maintenance staff was always very clean and professional looking and knew what they were doing! As for feeling safe and secure, I can't say there was ever a time at this apartment complex where i didn't feel safe and secure, me nor my 3 small children. The pool is beautiful and great for family time, as well as the court yard area great for picnic's and a good old game of kick ball. Would recommend to anyone moving down here for work! Not worth it
August 27, 2015My fiance and i have been living here a few months now with our 4 month old daughter and I think this apartment is too expensive with not enough amenities. The balcony is rotted, we have spiders outside and inside and on top of all of that, we're on a main road so we can here EVERYTHING outside! Including the band accross the street. Really Nice
August 11, 2015Magnolia Place Apartments are really nice. Upon moving in I realized everything was new. Carpet, flooring, ceiling fans. One of the reasons for renting at Magnolia is because it is a really big one bed room out of all the one bed rooms I look at. I definitely would tell people to rent here.Review from Apartments.com
