Five months now and I have never met such responsive and polite office staff. The office staff and maintenance crew address your issues in a timely manner and ensures that you are satisfied. Talk about the portal. I love it . Very convenient and Up to date and reminders/ notices are sent in a timely manner. I love it here. Home away from home.
Tried to move in for nearly a month.

I called numerous times, left voicemails, sent emails, and even went to the office during their posted open hours. Never got a call back, finally got an email back over 2 months later, and every time I went to the office either no one was there, or they would stare at me like I was stupid through the locked door.

The lady made me get a money order for 2 aplicación for an apartment. I kept calling non stopped every day for like a week to see if I was approved. They NEVER answered!!! So I went to the apartments and the same lady told me the apartments were already taken and that she met to call me to tell me. So she just gave me back the money order that I cant get a refund for because she signed it. So I went back again and still never got my refund.!
She had sign it already so I couldn’t get a refund.

This is a pretty good property. It's a little old but nothing a little good bit of decorations can't fix. The office workers is very nice and attentive. Hard working property management that values upkeep. Quiet ish neighborhood. All for a reasonable price with no hidden fees.

I was surprised at how high the rents are in Lafayette so I was very pleased to find this spacious one bedroom at an affordable price. The apartments are in an established neighborhood with plenty of trees (lots of shade for walking the dog in summer!) maintenance issues are usually resolved within a day. The cabinets and fixtures could use an upgrade otherwise I would give 5 stars.

Greeted by friendly professional management that goes beyond to make your move and stay as easy comfortable and accommodating as possible. Family oriented pet friendly and all our neighbors are kind and welcoming. Staff and maintenance are out daily keeping up the grounds,it’s lovely to enjoy where you live. So if your looking for you new home ,we whole heartedly recommend giving Britany a call

I’ve been living here for a while and I must say this is the best apartment complex ever. I must say that the complex is kept up to par weekly and You don’t hear a pin drop at night, you can sleep with your doors unlocked it’s just that safe here.

The management is lacking, the apartments are old, doesn’t have LUS fiber. You get what you pay for with this place. If your not expecting much from an apt or don’t know anything better try it out

I LOVE where I live; I was looking for a place to feel like home around family; I have found it and now I am living in it. I am grateful to my mother who recommended that I move into City Heights Steeplechase. Communication is the key to success; property manager communicates with her apartment family; I do not feel I am just a tenant. Awesome community and pet friendly.
