I've never had issues living here. I got lucky after w horrible experiences renting from other places, but this place is perfect. The super is very friendly, the owner of the property is very responsive to any concerns or questions. Great neighborhood as well, everything is in walking distance.

The building is relatively new and perfectly located near light rail station and right on Broadway for NYC commuters and public transport users. The features of apartment and building are quite practical and useful. Regarding apartment, it comes with washer dryer inside, decent size living room, bedroom and eat-in kitchen. 1 bedroom apartment has 1.5 bath which is quite useful specially when you have guests. Some apartments even have balcony to enjoy summers, great weather and lot of city events ...
like watching parade. Regarding building, the access is secured, there are two levels of parking and a gym, though small but good enough for number of residents in the building. The building manager is very good and quite responsive. I have lived here for 2 years and never had any issues either with apartment or manager or neighbors neither when moving in nor when moving out. I would have stayed even longer but had to move out due to personal reasons.

Good place for the area

I lived in this apartment for a year. I really loved the layout, my 1 bedroom felt spacious and luxurious. The bedroom and en suite bathroom was very cozy.
Since the building is new, all the appliances, floors, carpet and granite counters were clean and pretty. The gym was small but perfect. There are two parking garages.
Unlike other apartments in the area, they don't charge you extra each month for having a pet or to use the gym. The costs are upfront and reasonable.

maintenance guy and building manager. Both were very quick to respond to issues which I think is a really fortunate thing.
The only con from living there was that the walls were too thin for a new building, in my opinion. I think newer apartments in general seem to have this issue which is a shame. However, my neighbors were all quiet professionals so at least I never had to deal with late night partying or anything like that.
