Now that I’ve officially been living at City Lights for a couple of weeks, I wanted to share my experience so far because I genuinely love living here. Chris was my leasing agent and was so helpful from the beginning. He explained the whole process to me, answered all my questions, and was always really friendly and easy to work with. Chris has also very quick and responsive to all of my emails. Not long after I moved in, my next door neighbor had a leak, and I know what you’re thinking… wow, ...
right after moving in?! But honestly, it ended up making me feel even better about living here because of how quickly they handled everything. They came out immediately and were constantly on top of it. Edgar was the first maintenance tech who came by and he was so professional, kind and empathetic about the whole situation. Francisco also assisted Edgar, and they both did a great job. I also have to mention the manager, whose name I feel terrible for forgetting! Every time I’ve gone into the leasing office, including on the weekends when I’ve needed help with something, he has always been extremely professional, helpful and welcoming. Everyone I’ve interacted with here has been so kind. From the leasing office to maintenance, I’ve had such a good experience. I absolutely love my apartment and genuinely love living here. I’m so happy I chose City Lights!

I have had a wonderful experience living at City Lights at Town Center. The community location is unbeatable—you can easily walk right over to the Aliso Viejo Town Center for shopping, dining, catching a movie, or hanging out at Grand Park.The newly renovated apartment interiors look incredible with the wood-style flooring, quartz countertops, farmhouse sinks, and stainless steel appliances. It’s very pet-friendly, with convenient dog waste stations throughout the property, and being right next to a large park with tons of events is such a great perk. I first moved into City Lights in 2012 and absolutely loved the community. The staff is incredible, the amenities have only gotten better, and I’ve made so many friends here. I ended up moving out into a different complex and knew I needed to go back to city lights. I’ve been back for a couple years now and never want to move. The maintenance staff is great and Hayley in the leasing office is always extremely helpful. I love my apartment and I am so glad to have found this complex!!
