Highly recommend
March 2, 2026We truly love living at City Lights at Town Center Apartments. This community feels very safe and well-maintained. The property is always clean, and there is so much greenery around — beautiful trees and landscaping make it feel peaceful and welcoming. There is plenty of parking, which is very convenient. The complex has three swimming pools, great walking areas, and it’s perfect for families. The location is amazing — parks and a shopping plaza are within walking distance, so everything is ...easily accessible. The apartments themselves are beautiful and comfortable. The layouts are great, the conditions are excellent, and the pricing is very reasonable for what you get. What makes this place truly special is the leasing office team. The managers are always helpful, professional, and responsive. They genuinely care and do their best to resolve any issues quickly and smoothly. Recently, we needed to transfer from a larger two-bedroom apartment to a one-bedroom within the same complex, and the process was handled professionally and efficiently. We are especially grateful to Hayley Olhasso for her outstanding support, professionalism, and kindness throughout the process. Poor management !!!
November 5, 2025City Lights Apartments are extremely noisy and poorly maintained. Management is unresponsive and shows little concern for residents’ complaints. Despite the high rent, the quality of life here is very low.Property Manager Responded

Amazing Apartments!!
July 17, 2025I moved in over a year ago and I have to say I love it here. The apartments are very spacious and have beautiful interior. The proximity to Town Center and Grand Park is amazing. I can walk to Home Goods or to any of my favorite restaurants like Buffalo Wild Wings and Sgt. Pepperoni. I had an amazing view of the 4th of July celebration at Grand Park. Before we even started the tour, he asked questions about our routines and lifestyle, then showed us options that aligned with what we need as a young family—like quieter buildings, stroller access, and storage space for baby gear. Highly recommend!
July 16, 2025I currently live in HB and stopped by City Lights Apartments just to get a feel for the area, and I’m seriously impressed. I’m not ready to move quite yet, but when I am, this is where I’m headed. Chris was super easy to talk to and gave me the full tour, no pressure at all. What really caught my eye was the new gym setup; it’s split into two separate rooms, which I love. One side has cardio machines and Peloton bikes, and the other side is all free weights, which is perfect for lifting without ...feeling crowded. Plus, there are great walking spots nearby for my pup, and the vibe here just fits my lifestyle. Can’t wait to call this place home soon!Property Manager Responded

Don't move here!
July 21, 2024Rent raises 10% every year.. which is around 250.00. Rats scatter around property day n night. The cops are always here Tiny pool and no gym, the resort style pool they advertise has been under construction since April of 2023. The entire entrance is coned off with construction its very difficult to pull in/ out of the entrance/exit. There is no social community between residents. I insist you walk around the the grounds yourself before signing a lease and being stuck here.Property Manager Responded

Do Not Move Here
December 5, 2023Fire alarms going off at random times I lived through it for years, trash everywhere and the trash room chutes are always broken or jammed , dog poop, urine, dead rodents, construction noise, no amenity’s, this place is a jokeProperty Manager Responded

Noise, and More Noise
July 29, 2023Lived here three years. Pros: Maintenance Staff excellent. Any maintenence issues were addressed same or next day. Great views! Apartment was great size Cons: we knew we would have noise we faced the front gate entrance and street but it gets excessive. Add in constant blowers and mowers. Add in constant remodeling of units and NOW complete tear down/destruction of office, gym and main pool. INSANITY. THROW IN 10% RENT INCREASE. ByeProperty Manager Responded
