August 25, 20251 pool not opened until almost the end of July for the second year in a row and the other not open the past 3 summers. Property spent funds on landscape and paint for buildings but residents want the pools open much sooner.Review from Apartments.com

August 3, 2025The apartments are quiet for the most part and there hasn’t been any major incidents but the premises seem a bit outdated and the units may need to be remodeled. They should offer power washing and patio clean up assistance for those of us who can’t do it ourselves. July 3, 2025It would be 5 stars, but we have 2 pools here and neither one of them are open. Only 1 has been open the last 2 years. When I called, they said they were working on it. I never see anyone at the pool working on it opening. It just really sucks when you live in walking distance to a pool that you can’t use.Review from Apartments.com

June 29, 2025The community is great, everything is close by. Walmart is less than five minutes away, and there’s an Albertsons less than two minutes away. There are churches all over, everything is very convenient. The leasing office was amazing. I paid and got a lease in less than 24 hours.
