    Property is pretty quiet for the most part, really good location in proximity to shopping and businesses. These are older apartments so expect dated accommodations, unless you pay for the "upgraded" apartments. Pet friendly.

    I couldn’t be happier with my move to North City! Kade in the office went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I love my apartment, the community, and the location. The grounds and the property are well taken care of. The staff is awesome! North City is a great pace to call home.

    1 pool not opened until almost the end of July for the second year in a row and the other not open the past 3 summers. Property spent funds on landscape and paint for buildings but residents want the pools open much sooner.

    The apartments are quiet for the most part and there hasn’t been any major incidents but the premises seem a bit outdated and the units may need to be remodeled. They should offer power washing and patio clean up assistance for those of us who can’t do it ourselves. Other than that it is a much better place to live than other communities out there.

    It would be 5 stars, but we have 2 pools here and neither one of them are open. Only 1 has been open the last 2 years. When I called, they said they were working on it. I never see anyone at the pool working on it opening. It just really sucks when you live in walking distance to a pool that you can’t use.

    The community is great, everything is close by. Walmart is less than five minutes away, and there’s an Albertsons less than two minutes away. There are churches all over, everything is very convenient. The leasing office was amazing. I paid and got a lease in less than 24 hours. The staff at the leafing office is amazing, Maintenance is very speedy with their repairs

    Been here almost 3 years now. Been pretty good to us. Cheaper than most places around Longview, they keep it clean around here. Don’t like the rocks they replaced most of the grass with. Wish the pool was open a lot sooner in the summer time.
