March 23, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comAbsolutely loved City North! It had a laid-back vibe and all the amenities I was looking for. I especially loved that there are only four buildings, which makes the community feel more intimate. The apartments are beautiful, and I was told they’re adding landscaping around each building and enhancing the pool area with cabanas and fire pits starting this month. Sam was very friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. Highly recommend if you’re looking in Pensacola!
