February 25, 2022I want to recommend that the laundry area of 200 Village Drive needs attention. Four out of six of the washing machines don't work. Two of the four dryers are not working. This availability is very important during this time of Covid when we don't have our own personal washers and dryers. The dismantled swimming pool has been sitting there with dirty water for two seasons. All of these maintenance issues reflect badly on trying to attract new customers. The popcorn ceiling in my apartment has ...many places where it has cracked and is turning loose. I hope maintenance will be a higher priority over the next few months before I think about renewing my lease. I have lived here off and on for thirteen years in two different apartments and maintenance has always been a very positive reason for renewing.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
