Safety Concerns Ignored and Dismissed

After raising serious concerns, none of my issues were properly addressed. Instead, I was met with intimidation and dismissal. I’ve been made aware that the property manager told staff and residents, “If she’s so scared, why doesn’t she just leave?” — which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
Rather than prioritizing safety, I was given the runaround and made to feel unreasonable and untrustworthy. This is especially upsetting considering I’ve always tried to support this community — ...
whether it was providing meals for staff or reporting suspicious activity in the parking lot to help keep the area safe. I have yet to speak to a person who is above and concerned.
To go from being a supportive resident to being shut out and treated this way is extremely disappointing. I once genuinely loved living here and even had positive interactions with ownership, which makes this experience even more disheartening. I never would have expected my child’s safety, or my own, to feel at risk in a place I once trusted.
