      Overall we are happy living at City Place. It's a very nice community with friendly tenants and we love the location. The Leasing Office team is very kind and helpful, and we feel safe living here. We also love that pest control comes once a week and we often see staff cleaning the hallways and elevators, as cleanliness is very important to us. If we can just help Maintenance so that their responses are prompt, and ensure that the trash areas are kept clean, we can easily see ourselves wanting to ...

      I loved living here so much the first time that I moved back here when I moved back to LA. The assistant manager Ginger and mail carrier Marvin are amazing, and the location is so convenient. The outdoor common area looks like a resort.

      Since moving into City Place after losing our home in the Eaton fire we have told so many people how grateful we are to have landed in such a wonderful home. Everything about City Place feels like living in a resort. It is constantly being taken care of and kept in such immaculate condition. And as if that’s not good enough, the staff here from the office staff, the maintenance team and the cleaning crew are all so welcoming and supportive.
