September 24, 2025Living at City Place has been such a blessing to us after losing our home in the Altadena fire. We feel so safe and comfortable here. The office staff, the maintenance guys and the cleaning crew are all incredibly friendly and welcoming. We truly couldn’t have found a more perfect place to land after such a tragedy. They made the process very smooth, as we have not lived in an apartment in 50-plus years. The rooms had been freshly painted, had new floors and a carpeted bedroom. July 14, 2025We moved into City Place after our home and entire town burned down in Altadena. We were so broken but we were welcomed here by the most loving and caring staff it’s hard to even express. They hugged us and cried with us and provided the most perfect soft place to land. We feel beyond blessed to be living here. Besides the wonderful staff here we feel like we are living in a vacation resort. The pool, jacuzzi and outdoor area is so beautiful and kept so clean all the time. The gym is amazing and ...we have gotten ourselves into a healthy routine of using it regularly. The entire complex is impeccably clean and maintained non-stop. We tell everyone how lucky and blessed we feel to be here after going through such a devastating loss.
