The apartments are amazing. The front office staff are very helpful. The maintenance staff respond in a timely manner. The outside is beautiful ànd well maintained. The apartments even have ice makers. Very quiet place to live

I will have to say that I have rented from places and never received the welcome feeling like I do here. The apartments are extremely nice and well kept. Anytime we have us a maintenance call it is handled in a very timely manner. There are have been changes since I moved in and they are still making changes but only to better our little community.

Awesome place to live.

I have been at city view farm foot almost a year now and I love it. The people here are very nice. They work with you and do anything to help you out when you need it. The apartments are very nice and a good size. The girls in the office are very sweet and always help me out when I need something. The maintenance guy is awesome. When you need something fixed it's done in a day or two. This is a good place to live.

It's a good place to live, especially if you like being able to walk to pretty much any place in town. Restaurants, movies, shopping, library, and healthcare facilities are all easy walks.The parking lot was recently re-paved (which was badly needed). Maintenance responds quickly to problems. The only downside is that the hallways are not maintained incredibly well, they can get messy at times. And if you have a neighbor that smokes, you can sometimes smell it in your place.
