Only one way in and out, has a large parking lot in the front of the building for loading/unloading supplies which is a rarity for downtown San Diego. Love their underground parking as the cars are kept out of the hot sun. Big thumbs up to the front office and the maintenance crew: they are invested in the building and it shows. Communication from staff is prompt and delivered straight to your email so you are always aware of anything going on. The ...building is solid, clean, and the residents are a good mix of students, military, and working adults. Everyone is respectful of each other's privacy and space. If you must have your fancy expensive gym and exquisite game rooms so you can post it on social media, you will have to look elsewhere. I would have to search long and hard to find a negative thing to say. this is my first time living in a complex like this and I expected it to be noisy with people in the hallways passing by. It is quite the opposite. Old and young we all get along. where else can you live and have your pets with a dog park for their convenience.
