It is always quiet.I enjoy the dog park. I enjoy the club house and how easy it is to schedul it. The hallways are always clean. I love the view of the sun rise.

We love City View! Our neighbors are so lovely and kind. Views and nature walks nearby, while being 5 minutes away from downtown is ideal. Gym, fire pit and clubhouse are amazing and clean! Two critiques are cheap appliances and hallway carpet is smelly.

We enjoy the amenities, common building, and community. There is some issues with noise, but overall not to bad. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

I am a big fan of living here. It's only a 3 year old complex, so it's very modern and very comfortable, and in an area of town that seems relatively safe. The apartments are spacious and very comfortable, with modern appliances and ample storage space in areas such as the kitchen and bathroom. One of my favorite parts of living here is the friendliness of the leasing staff and the community events that are put on here. It's nice to have the leasing staff know my name, and be able to have a ...
conversation with them. I turned down a different complex with possibly more amenities and potentially cheaper, nicer or just as nice apartments when I was searching for a place to live last year after my roommate moved out, and one of the things that sealed the deal for me was the leasing staff and community events here vs that complex. The rent may be slightly higher than I would like, but to me it is worth it.

The staff was exceptional. Rebecca was amazing and so was Ezekiel. I felt like I was apart of the family before I even got approved! Can’t wait to call Cityview home
