Best in the Burgh!

Nice place to live
September 30, 2021I have lived in my apartment for a couple years and for the most part I really like it. It’s nice because it’s close enough to the city but just far enough away. I feel very safe here and the staff is always awesome especially Sunny! My only con would be that sometimes I hear my neighbors above and below me and it can be hard to block it out when music is playing loudly or your neighbors are on their patio talking loudly at night. I would recommend this apartment complex to friends or family as ...it has more pros than cons.Property Manager Responded

First apartment
August 22, 2020I have nothing to compare this to. City Vista was my first apartment (and I am a senior citizen). I was looking for safety and that need was met. I felt secure during my 3 1/2 years. I liked the layout of my 2 bedroom apartment and I had a spacious end apartment porch for furniture and "garden". Pros: Car wash and vacuum area, full sized appliances, 24 hr access to packages, pool and gym. Helpful staff who knew me. Con: Trash compacter in a seperate building.Property Manager Responded

Honest Review

Not worth
October 25, 2018Apartment is spacious and good but expensive, high utility fees. Too much noise and inconvenience from apartments above, manager says find your own house. Compliant over 7 months not taken care of, these days dog poop everywhere.Review from Apartments.com
Disappointment
April 29, 2018The quality of the apartments are severely lacking. While the outside of the apartment complex looks like a luxury complex, the inside is less than to be desired. The overall upkeep of the property is unsatisfactory to say the least. Garbage piles up quite often making the overall appearance poor. While they consider themselves a luxury apartment complex there is absolutely nothing luxury about it. Would HIGHLY suggest the other “luxury” apartments close to the area.Review from Apartments.com
Don’t let the outside fool you
November 14, 2017Had the worst experience. Wish I could give negative stars. Don’t let the newness on the outside fool you. Management is completely clueless to any questions you have and very unprofessional. They are basically only there to hand you packages (which most of the time the door is unlocked and anyone can steal what is in there). The hallways and elevators always smell. Although this is a “dog friendly” apartment, most of the people staying in this complex despise dogs and will give you terrible ...backlash when they see you walking your dog. Honestly if you are looking for a new trendy apartment that is affordable and close to the city DO NOT GO HERE. You will be disappointed. An awesome place for all age groups
July 6, 2017Set in the heart of the city, City Vista apartments are very close to downtown and other major places of Pittsburgh. As far as the community is concerned, all I can say is that it is one of the best we have seen in the city (within the price range). It provides state-of-the-art amenities- 24-hr gym, swimming pool, party hall, outdoor barbeque and fireplace, prompt maintenance assistance etc. The apartments are newly built and offer a very modern architecture and interiors. The staff is very ...friendly and helpful. We started here on a 6 month lease and then have extended it for a year. So, have been staying here for past 9 months and have enjoyed every bit of our stay. People find the apartments a tad bit costly but trust me, after looking at apartments around the place we realized that we would rather pay a little more and go for a peaceful locality and a well furnished home. We have a five year old kid and there are so many options for her as well... Fred Aiken School ,Greentree Public Library, Greentree Park, major restaurants, departmental stores and clinics etc all are at walking distance from City Vista. Apart from the strategic location which helps residents to engage in a lot of activities all year round, City Vista too holds a lot of fun activities for its residents. Be it the Halloween or the pre-Christmas parties in the winters or the pool party in the summers- there is always something happening to keep you busy! All in all, a great and happy place to be!
