February 5, 2023Run, don't walk away from Civic Center ast Apartments! Absolutely horrifying 3 months so far. You be the judge: a) black mold growing in apartment b) 2 weeks later master bath, master bedroom, and master closet flooded from major water leak in upstairs apartment c) master bathroom closet and bathroom door will no longer close from warping after flood d) clothes washing machine hooked up (hot-cold) backwards e) missing one of 4 kitchen drawers. replaced door with drawer that does not match & ...won't close. Stays about .5" open. f) most walls have unpatched holes and multiple shades of same color g) constant piles of trash around dumpsters continously now for three months. h) ice maker in freezer not hooked up i) apartment management will delete maintenance request after 30 days whether they are completed or not Premium rent for substandard housing. Cassidy in the leasing office - worst service
November 5, 2016Girl named Cassidy in the leasing office had the worst attitude, zero customer service skills, unfriendly, unprofessional. She was more interested in her phone than helping tenants. Why do they hire people who have zero interest in being there. If you're looking for an apartment where the leasing office treats tenants like animals then this is the place to be...Cassidy will treat you like dirt...if you want to be treated like a human being..then look elsewhere.Review from Apartments.com
