Run, don't walk away from Civic Center ast Apartments! Absolutely horrifying 3 months so far. You be the judge:
a) black mold growing in apartment
b) 2 weeks later master bath, master bedroom, and master closet flooded from major water leak in upstairs apartment
c) master bathroom closet and bathroom door will no longer close from warping after flood
d) clothes washing machine hooked up (hot-cold) backwards
e) missing one of 4 kitchen drawers. replaced door with drawer that does not match & ...
won't close. Stays about .5" open.
f) most walls have unpatched holes and multiple shades of same color
g) constant piles of trash around dumpsters continously now for three months. h) ice maker in freezer not hooked up
i) apartment management will delete maintenance request after 30 days whether they are completed or not
Premium rent for substandard housing. It's a slum.

We are aware of the trash issue and are working with our vendor to get it removed as quickly as possible. Our trash compactor broke and we are awaiting the arrival of a part to fix it.
