The owners or property management team does not care about the safety and health of its residents. My entire apartment was infested with mold, so bad that I lost majority of my wardrobe and my bed. The only compensation they offered me was to be released from my lease. I still had to pay the full amount of rent until I found a place. They did not assist me finding a place to live. The staff was very insensitive and unprofessional, I requested a environmentalists and mold cleaning ...
professionals. The only thing brought to treat the mold was bleach and water, within a week it was back. Don't do it! Stay away! My family is still suffering from the effects of mold from this apartment. Also my apartment is already listed to rent, which means they haven't fixed the problem.

Do not rent here! Make these apartments your very last result.
Looks nice from the street. Once inside, it's awful living! Management will smile and laugh with you to get you in,of course they're meeting a quota and telling future residents lies. Gates are always broken, maintenance is slow to respond, apartments are built poorly, no insulation. Pets are free to poop anywhere on the property! Garbage area stays filthy.

I have tried on numerous occasions to speak with a live person in the office about apartment availability as I am a nurse relocating to Southaven. Saw this advertisement and the reviews and thought I’ll start here. It’s been weeks literally and no one has called me back. Left several messages with no response. Not impressed at this point. I’ve lived here since 2013. I love this place! I have moved from one bedroom to 2 bedroom, now I’m about to move back to a one bedroom. My most concern is that I really feels SAFE here!! Maintenance and pest control services are always on point. The office staff is always nice and very helpful! I hope that I’ll be over here for at least 7 more years and everything is even better.

I recently moved here after looking at other places. After praying I felt that this was the place for me.
Melissa and everyone in the office are both respectful and professional. They are ready to help you when needed.
The Maintenance person and the Ground personnel are wonderful too.
It's a great place to call home. I'm glad to rate them a 5 star ? community.

I have been living at civic center west for a little over a year and i absolutely love it here. If i ever have a problem in my apartment the maintenance team gets it done in a timely manner. The girls in the office have also been very helpful and really take care of us residents. They plan parties and activity's that get the residents together and involved. I've lived in a few other apartments in the past, Civic Center is by far the best I've stayed in. They are always trying to improve their property and seem to always have something fun going on for the residents. I love living somewhere that truly cares about our experience living in their community and treats us like we're more than a paycheck. I recommend Civic Center to anyone that is looking to move and remind people you get what you pay for.

I have lived at Civic Center West for about 1.5 years so far and I absolutely LOVE it here! I love how spacious my closet is and how the bedrooms are large. I live on the second floor and I have a vaulted ceiling that is very nice and makes it feel more homey. the grounds are well kept and they have a lot of things to do on the property. The grilling pavilion is SO nice and my husband and I go out there all the time. We are not moving ever again!!!

I've lived at Civic Center for a few years now. I can't think of anything I can complain about. Maintenance is on top of getting things fixed in a timely matter, the grounds are always picked up and beautiful, the office staff is amazing, and my neighbors are great! I will continue to be a loyal renter in a community that is loyal to their renters!

I just recently moved to Civic Center West. The property is AWESOME and the staff is even better! I really enjoy the grilling pavilion (no other property has this). They are well kept and clean. I put in a work order and it was fixed the same day. Civic West is the place to be!
