No call, no show
March 30, 2025Made an appointment for tour because they couldn't accept walk ins. Came to appointment. The door was locked. I called and left a message. I could see someone sitting at the leasing desk (without a client) and I'm sure they could see me too. They didn't come to the door, they didnt open the door, they didnt pick up the phone call, or call me back.- All this with a scheduled appointment. I waited 20 minutes with no response, while someone was in the office the whole time with the door locked.Property Manager Responded

March 10, 2025Unfortunately, after the maintenance crew completed the job, my bathroom was left in a deplorable condition. The floor was flooded with toilet water, which is both unsanitary and disgusting. Not only was the bathroom left in a state of utter disarray, but my personal belongings, including my weight scale, kids' bath toys, trash can, and other items on the floor, were soaked in toilet water. This is absolutely unacceptable, and the mess left behind was both hazardous and inexcusable. I had to ...spend hours late into the night sanitizing and drying the bathroom floor to make it safe for use. As you can imagine, this was especially inconvenient and stressful for my family, as we only have one bathroom in our home and had no other options available. Worst apartment complex to live in
November 27, 2024Worst apartment complex I’ve lived in. Dont live here! Management always giving you the run around . they say they want to help but they don’t trust me. The place is dirty and the buildings are squeaky and loud. If you unfortunately have to live here I advise you to live upstairs and you be the one to bother instead of getting bothered lol people are inconsiderate anyways. I chose to live downstairs thinking I have a dog and a baby on the way its best so that we dont disrupt our upstairs ...neighbors lmao! such bad call. there are multiple families living in one apartment and make noise at different hours of time. also, I swear to you im not making this up, there are guys that pee almost right at your door! yes! guys peeing outside the apartment its outragious. thankfully my contract is almost over and then were out of here thank god.Property Manager Responded
