My experience I will not recommend living here until the management starts addressing the maintenance issues! Water has been shut off due to leaks at least 10 times! A man was shot on Christmas morning and no word from the office to make tenants aware, and this is not the first time when gun violence occurred twice shelter in place was recommended.

Made an appointment for tour because they couldn't accept walk ins. Came to appointment. The door was locked. I called and left a message. I could see someone sitting at the leasing desk (without a client) and I'm sure they could see me too. They didn't come to the door, they didnt open the door, they didnt pick up the phone call, or call me back.- All this with a scheduled appointment. I waited 20 minutes with no response, while someone was in the office the whole time with the door locked.
