May 13, 2026My experience I will not recommend living here until the management starts addressing the maintenance issues! Water has been shut off due to leaks at least 10 times! A man was shot on Christmas morning and no word from the office to make tenants aware, and this is not the first time when gun violence occurred twice shelter in place was recommended.Property Manager Responded

No call, no show
March 30, 2025Made an appointment for tour because they couldn't accept walk ins. Came to appointment. The door was locked. I called and left a message. I could see someone sitting at the leasing desk (without a client) and I'm sure they could see me too. They didn't come to the door, they didnt open the door, they didnt pick up the phone call, or call me back.- All this with a scheduled appointment. I waited 20 minutes with no response, while someone was in the office the whole time with the door locked.Property Manager Responded

March 10, 2025Unfortunately, after the maintenance crew completed the job, my bathroom was left in a deplorable condition. The floor was flooded with toilet water, which is both unsanitary and disgusting. Not only was the bathroom left in a state of utter disarray, but my personal belongings, including my weight scale, kids' bath toys, trash can, and other items on the floor, were soaked in toilet water. This is absolutely unacceptable, and the mess left behind was both hazardous and inexcusable. I had to ...spend hours late into the night sanitizing and drying the bathroom floor to make it safe for use. As you can imagine, this was especially inconvenient and stressful for my family, as we only have one bathroom in our home and had no other options available.
