The maintenance people spoke and greeted us with a waive and friendly smile. Moreover, the business center was elegant and the property manager was very polite. 3 years & still happy!
July 7, 2025I have lived here for almost 3 years & overall I am still very happy. It’s a quiet community & everybody is pretty friendly. Maintenance staff handles requests by next day usually which is much improved from my last apartment. Office staff is great with communication. June 2, 2024Claiborne is such a beautiful luxury complex! Clean, comfortable and safe. The scenery is beautiful and always up to date, I’ve never had an issue while living here. Also Mrs Krystle has always been great help when in need of anything. Claiborne also is very engaged with the community like having small events for the kids on Halloween and even having food trucks on certain days. AMAZING! Exceptional!
April 5, 2024I'm moving very soon and I am looking forward to my new cozy abode. The complex is very well kept and is very inviting as is the office staff. Ever since I stepped foot in the office, Krystal and Jessie have been very professional and patient with my many questions. :) Krystal even gave me a courtesy call to see if I had any questions and informed me she was checking on the progress of my new home and even shared pictures. Her thoughtfulness to give me a peace of mind is priceless! I am always ...very appreciative of exceptional customer service. Krystal, thank you so much for everything! I am beyond excited about my new season in my new home with my wittle pup pup! If you're looking to move, I strongly suggest this property for your future home! The staff is very involved with the residents as they have events and giveaways for the adults and children. They also involve the fur babies. :) Just go see for yourself!Property Manager Responded
