This property is nice with consistent upgrading inside and out, management and maintenance keep on top of work requests. Also management is nice and easy to speak with. Very affordable rent and utilities are lower than many places.

My wife and I lived here for 2 years in a two bedroom apartment and honestly it was great. Ashely is very easy to work with and they fixed most of our maintenance requests immediately. It is small but and it’s old but for the price it was perfect for us while we both finished up school.

Great place to live. Very affordable and well maintained. Friendly staff. The property manager Ashley is very kind and understanding if you were to have any problems which you shouldn't because they take care of the property. I have been here almost 5 years and nothing major maybe two minor maintenance issues that were quickly addressed. I would recommend this place to everyone it's so great! Also it's a safe and quiet area.

I moved in about a year ago. It was a little rough at first with a new property manager and maintenance staff, but they have proven to be great. Any issues I have the manager takes care of immediately and is always pleasant and nice, she goes out of her way to make sure things are taken care of. I was never given a tour of the apartment before I moved in. I wasn't given the address until I paid the deposit and first months rent. I was given wrong information about internet service. They will tell you that they offer free Google Fiber. They do not have free Google Fiber but you can get the free 5 meg that is offered to everybody. The previous manager kept threatening to quit so the owners fired her. The current manager has mental issues!! If you have a maintenance issues, she will argue ...
with you and treat you as if you deliberately caused the issues. She has no customer service skills and I don't believe that she has ever been an apartment manager before. The manager also likes to make up stories and lies. The first month you are there, maintenance issues are fixed quickly. After that, you'll be waiting a while. If you happen to call the maintenance emergency line, the message says "if we don't call you back, we don't think it's an emergency." Very unprofessional!!! Pool and laundry room driers were broken for most of the year. There is a man that lives on the property who panhandles other tenants, begging for money. He will offer to help you but he wants money in return. He also is extremely nosy and has his nose stuck in everyone else's businesses. He and his family are also extremely loud. You can hear them yelling outside. You can also hear the kids over at TLC yelling and screaming outside. The steps leading up to the buildings are very difficult to climb and there aren't any railings near these steps. The only closets available are in the bedrooms. There is a utility closet but it is dead bolted. I guess they are afraid that you are going to break the water heater. For A/C and heating, there is 1 single window unit. The heat does not get to the bedrooms. This is the worst apartment that I've ever lived in!!!

The current manager is illegally entering apartments without notice and without a valid reason. The Housing Authority has been notified and so has an attorney. DO NOT rent from this place if you value your privacy! They enter your apartment and go through your belongings....and illegally harass tenants yet don't address big maintenance issues. When you call for maintenance all you get is a recording that says "if we don't think it's an emergency then we won't even call you back!!!". Who does ...

I have a one bedroom apartment. It's great here. The management is super nice, Casey was really helpful with the application process, and any questions we had. They have onsite laundry. Some of the machines are broken, but they are replacing them soon. We've had minimal maintenance needs but when we do it's usually that day or the next they fix the issue, and Kyle is always helpful with maintence needs or any maintenance questions we've had. surrounding roads were just re paved so its all new and beautiful. Neighbors are quiet for the most part. There's one person above us who plays the same song over and over but it's usually not too loud. Google fiber is great! Only $10 to install, and the internet works great! Although we have the $70 package. Never have an issue with having enough hot water. I did learn very quickly about how expensive the A/C unit can be, but I did keep it at 68 for the first month(whoops). I haven't been to the pool yet but we do have one. Cons I would say are they don't keep packages for you, so you have to take the chance with your neighbors or pick it up from the PO. I keep a doormat and plant stand outside my door and it hasn't been stolen(fingers crossed). A lot of things are in good distance too such as Walmart, Aldis, hyvee, price chopper, dollar tree, big lots; they are all within 10 minutes. Whole Foods, marshalls, and super target are 15 minutes away. Rent is very reasonable considering water is included plus trash. Overall I am SO glad I picked this as my first apartment.

I lived in this apartment for about two years. The management was always responsive to my concerns, and maintenance was very quick to respond to any issues I called in. The apartments themselves are fairly simple - they have all-electric appliances and through-wall air conditioning. I would recommend an oil space heater during the winter instead of relying on the window heater in order to keep electricity costs down. They were beginning installation of Google Fiber when I left, but the Comcast ...
service is also pretty decent. The walls and floors are definitely not soundproof, but my neighbors were all generally pretty quiet anyway.
The complex offers a lot of free amenities and utilities, including water/trash/sewer as well as pest control. As far as I'm aware, none of the apartments offer in-unit washer and dryer, but the main office has a laundry available for $3 (1.50 each wash and dry). They don't offer online rent-pay yet, but they have a secure rent drop for checks in the office building. The neighborhood is so-so, but as a young guy in his 20s I never felt like I was in danger when out walking. The apartments are within walking distance of MNU, the Indian Creek trail, and the Santa Fe shopping center. The grounds are kept clean, and the landscaping is pretty nice. The (unassigned) parking is extremely abundant - though there isn't any covered parking available.
Overall, Clairborne Court was a very nice place to live for the price.

I found the on site management was easy to talk to and fair. The location is close to all the stores I shop and restaurants. It has clean, well maintained pool and it has an area one can use their own outdoor grill. My neighbors are respectful, quiet, and friendly. I feel that I made the right choice in selecting Cairborne Courts over the other apartment complexes I could have chosen, even though the rent was less than what I am paying.
