I have had a great experience at Clairmont Reserves! I would definitely recommend it to other potential tenants. The amenities are very nice, and the staff were accommodating for my move-in specifications.

The apartment is nice with best kitchen fittings and immediate resolution to any service request. There is a 2 moths promotional offer this summer which I grabbed. Flat is spacious with two Balconies.

The apartment has been solid so far, and some of the neighbors are really sweet and friendly. However, it's not a lot and you can feel isolated really quickly. Additionally, the service isn't that great, even when the nature of the request is an emergency

Pleasant and friendly staff. The gym and leasing office delivery room is a life saver. I just wish gym was open 24x7 and it had gates with code enabled because anyone could enter at anytime.

Nice people in management but apartment was not ready for me when I moved in. Washer was not working, both of my sink handles were extremely loose, and among other things. But rent isn’t too bad and it’s a decent community. But I wish my bed room had a light.

The neighborhood is pretty peaceful and calm. I have been enjoying the amenities and would recommend the complex. The only thing is when the repair people came by, they left a bit of a mess (some orange stain).

Overall, I’ve had a good experience living at Clairmont Reserve. The location is excellent—especially if you’re connected to Emory University. It’s right across from the Clairmont campus, walkable to trails and shops, and the Emory shuttle makes getting around very easy. The complex itself is well-kept, with nice landscaping, a pool, gym, and clubhouse that add real value. My apartment is spacious, comfortable, and in a quiet area of the community. That said, there were two parts of the move-in ...
process that could be improved. First, the website had frequent glitches while I was applying and signing my lease, which made uploading documents and checking my status a bit frustrating. Second, it took longer than expected to get my lease fully finalized and receive confirmation of my apartment unit. If you’re patient during the leasing process and willing to follow up directly with the office when needed, Clairmont Reserve is a solid choice for location, comfort, and amenities.

I think the area that could be improved on is probably security, like having gates at the entrances that are resident access only. Other than that, you do occasionally hear train sounds.

Very friendly and quiet community. The leasing office staff and maintenance people are nice and seem to be easy to talk to. The apartment is cozy and comfortable.
