November 30, 2024The people and the manager in the office are not equipped to make simple decisions for the residents. the maintenance folks do not clean the stairs and hallways and you cannot get assistance without filling out paperwork in the office or online. this is an over 55 community, and deserve more respect from the people who work here.Property Manager Responded

June 14, 2024It's been 4yrs my experience at the Claremont hasn't been all that great. Office management changes much. There's so much going on the resident don't know what's right or wrong. I guess it's a process. If your not up for a daily change at a 55 and up community investigate first before you make you lock yourself into a lease a year lease.Review from Apartments.com

May 10, 2024Love the maintenance staff. I haven’t met the new management team yet. Love my apartment & the grounds are nice but we could really use more dumpsters at this location.
