Terrible Keep Your money
September 19, 2024They don’t fix anything. The staff is horrible. My furnace was broke for 3 days and I was 9 months pregnant. I ended up having my baby the next day and I called the office and told them I cannot bring my newborn to a cold house in the winter. Guess what I still came home to a cold house and it took em 2 more days to fix it. Apartment was nice at first but overtime things begin to break.Property Manager Responded

Take your money somewhere else The worst place to live
October 19, 2021Clarkwood Green Apartments is by far the worst place I have ever lived the staff is very rude and sarcastic they cannot answer simple questions nor do they answer their phones they will give you the runaround after runaround but is quick to put a piece of paper on your door the property Manager will lie to you in your face knowing that she does not care the children doesn’t have a proper playground to play onAnd the maintenance men are very lazy and it takes about 1 to 2 months to even get ...anything fixed this is a sad place to live they hire landscaping companies which will just cut the grass with a bunch of trash which will leave trash all over the place dumpsters are filled to the top with trash on the ground and no one comes to pick it up Clarkwood Green need step it upRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Not A Safe Place To Live
March 4, 2021The reviews are fake! Lastnight my sister was robbed at gunpoint in their parking lot leaving out for work. It took the police 20 minutes to even respond. Last year she caught a man trying to climb in her window. This is not a safe place to live. I only gave a 1 star review because you can't choose 0. Ladies please be careful and aware. I'm quite sure they won't share this incident to other families in the conjoining units so I'm leaving a review instead.Review from Apartments.com
YOU'LL BE SORRY
January 8, 2021We have lived here for almost 2 years. Maintenance never fixes any problems, the roof leaks, we have an infestation of flies every time the weather gets warm, they keep charging us for renters insurance and we have provided the proof of insurance 3 times, they say no pets but everyone has dogs and one larger dog runs around freely, the property is unkept, there is always trash outside of the dumpster, the garages that cost monthly are falling apart...I could keep going but may run out of ...characters...DON'T DO IT!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 14, 2015I love my town home, I didn't want to move from a house back to a cramped apartment. I was scared it was going to be to small. Actually are town home is bigger than our house. So all of our stuff fit inside the town home. 3 br, 1 1/2 baths, just enough closet space. Also a place to put our washer and dryer is a plus.
