  • Weeds smell everywhere

    The management doesn’t enforce non-smoking policy anymore. Every night the weeds smell is filled in the hallway and my husband has made a complaint to the management but they never care. Do not move in here if you have kids

    I Don’t Have Any Issues With Living At Clary’s Crossing. The Community Is Close To Everything. The Community Has Wonderful Amenities The Community Is Always Looking Clean. I Would Recommend This To Everyone

    People here do not adhere to the rules and the management doesn’t enforce them. Been here 8 years and it’s going downhill. If you’re looking for peace and quiet and respectful neighbors, this is not the place. Building feel more like a frat house.

    Some neighbors are loud but other than that good experience. Love the location and all of the amenities. Also like that the buildings are secure.

    I’ve lived here 6 years now, this is first apartment I have ever renewed the lease, we did not expect to enjoy it as much as we have and hopefully will continue too

    I like the neighborhood. The apartments are nice and maintenance quickly comes to fix anything. The pool and gym are also nice. I gave 4 stars because we have extremely noisy neighbors.

    I just moved in but I can tell you that my apartment has so much more room than my last apartment. The neighbors are friendly. The neighbor is pretty quiet and I feel safe here. The ladies who work in the office are very friendly and are extremely helpful. Great place to live!

    Since Living At Clary’s Crossing Apartments It’s Been Pretty Good. I Would Recommend Living Here. They Have Really Good Amenities As Well. Maintenance Is Right On Time.

    It is not too bad but also nothing special. Building is old and in need of repairs. Apartments are old and drafty. Units get very cold in the winter and heating is useless unless you want to pay astronomical utility prices for constant use. There’s no interior lighting so buy plenty of lamps. Appliances are old and in need of replacing(ie. drier takes multiple uses to actually dry, dishwasher doesn’t clean very well, is super loud and dry cycle doesn’t work right. Refrigerator constantly runs and ...
    either freezes food or spoils food no in between. Neighbors are mostly friendly but also can be loud. Staff is generally very friendly, on site gym is nice, and generally have felt safe. Renovations and updating would make this community a 5* in my opinion.

    I give my apartment community 4-stars. Reasons why: It’s a great location in Columbia. Everything is close and convenient. Some neighbors are great, and some are so inconsiderate that it’s sad. I have a mix of rude upstairs neighbors that stomp around and carry on at all hours of the night, and sweet next door neighbors who bake me cookies. Such is living in an apartment building. Management seems overwhelmed and do nothing that they say they’re going to do (like order us a new spin bike in the ...
    gym)and that’s super frustrating, but then they’ll host cute little community parties around the holidays. So as a tenant, it can be good here or kind of a low-budget experience. It depends on what you value and what will stand out to you as far as services and amenities at Clary’s. I’ve been here 8 yrs & haven’t had any major issues. A few small issues, but nothing I couldn’t get handled & nothing to really make me want to move. I think 4-stars is fair. Maintenance crew (Kevin & Co.) 5-stars!
