It began upon entering the community. Claypond is lovely. Clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly. Our leasing agent, Windy Price, is warm and welcoming. The apartment is perfect for a young man just starting out on his own. The rooms are large and light filled with lots of storage. Great amenities. My son felt at home right away. The bark park and fitness center won him over right away.
