Parking is horrible (Someone did a hit & run to my car, which someone was able to see & reported it to the office to further assist me with information, yet they failed to even get in contact with me) 3. I used to live here about 2 months ago and when I first moved in a year ago they were great, but now The complex has raccoons running around at night! Water bugs roaches, so constantly need to spray apartments. The parking situation is horrible unless you pay for one of the very few covered parking. Management seems to care less unless. Maintence people is the only good thing about the office people. Management is aware of the issues but they either refuse to take action or simply don’t ...

I have never seen insects in my apartment, any thing or malfunction that is damaged they repaired instantly, the employees are very friendly, I do not hear anything from annoying noises I do not even hear my neighbor next to my door! .. I love the location is close to EVERYTHING(Kroger, Walmart,Aldi, Dollar Tree, Premium Outlets, etc), Remensy elementary school is literally 5 minutes away and despite having 3 rating seems 10, is super excellent, my son ...
