A Wonderful Home!
August 10, 2021I have lived here for several years and have had many wonderful experiences. The rental staff is extremely responsive always caring about the quality and timeliness of work and eagerly helping new tenants that are learning the ropes.. The cleaning staff regularly cleans our hallways and common areas; the maintenance department is a very strong presence here, keeping up the grounds and responding to individual maintenance requests. The general appearance of Clearbrooke is beautiful all the ...time. Being a pet-friendly community we see lots of dogs taking walks as well as tenants out and about. The pool area is always neat and is patrolled frequently to insure a safe environment for everyone. This is definitely a wonderful place to call home everyday. Thank You Clearbrooke! November 23, 2020Renee, the property manager and staff exceeded our expectations. After our first year there, we needed to move to AZ to help care of aging parents. Three years later, after they died, we knew exactly where we wanted to live and rent. We called. They were very helpful in working with us in AZ. Going downhill
March 1, 2020The place really went downhill in the 4 years we lived there. Rent consistently increased as is often the case with apartments, but after the clubhouse went in, it was a significant spike. The laundry situation is a nightmare and the machines are poorly maintained—this was one of the biggest driving factors behind our decision to move away.Review from Apartments.com

I feel so lucky to have found Clearbrooke apartments. Commons areas are beautifully kept, with a nice pool area and decent sized gym. September 18, 2018I lived at Clearbrooke for two years before I purchased a home. The experience that I had at Clearbrooke was wonderful. The "staff family" in the Club House was always very welcoming and open for suggestions and eager to help. My apartment was clean and well maintained upon moving in. If there were any issues, they were always fixed correctly and efficiently. The pool in the summertime was always maintained as well as the grounds with beautiful flowers.
