faces too. He doesn't give you a receipt most of the time when you pay him rent. Before I moved in he told me that the apartment I'm about to move out of was available and that he was remodeling it. He hasn't done anything to these apartments. All he has done is fix the steps and porches outside people's Apartments. He is not a good landlord at all. Do not rent off of him. He is also mean. He rented an apartment to me while there were people still living inside of it. He told me my move in date was on January 7th, 2026 and there were still people living here. He lied and said it would be ready at the beginning of the month. It was a lie. There were people still living in it. They were in the process of moving, but there stuff was still inside of the apartment. He done that to them, he will do that to other people. He will do that to me, by lying to me then he will do that to anyone else. There are people out at B. Street Apartments that do not have an air-conditioner/heating unit. He hasn't replaced it. There are people's windows that are busted out and he has not replaced their windows. B. Street Apartments are not good to live in. They are not safe at all. They need to be condemned by the city inspector. The floors and ceilings are falling through in a lot of the Apartments too.
