Why do they still advertise a pool?

This complex is shoddy on their landscaping and hasn’t had the pool open in 3 years. This place used to be a great place to live before Rushmore Mgmt took over.

We're actively working on trimming the trees and bushes after a contract issue with our landscaping team and have recently had the laundry machines repaired and upgraded to a new system. The apartment I stayed in was nice, management was somewhat responsive when I emailed them but not all the time. Maintenance is great! They need a raise. The thing I hated the most was the pool hasn't been opened for 3 years yet you are paying a fee for it. Not ok. Garbage all over the place, new management needed for sure.
