I had the most DISAPPOINTING experience with Clemens Place, specifically with JENNIFER and TIFFANY. I called with legitimate concerns regarding policies that had apparently been changed, and instead of receiving clarification or professional assistance, I was met with an incredibly RUDE, DISMISSIVE, and CONDESCENDING attitude from both of them. Policies can change and I understand that. What I do not understand is treating someone with disrespect for simply questioning those changes and trying ...

to understand a situation that directly affects them. The lack of professionalism during this interaction was honestly shocking. I would strongly encourage management to address both the way residents/clients are spoken to and how documentation is being handled. If not, shut the whole thing down.

I’ve been a Hartford for over 10 years. I’ve seen a lot of apartments. I can honestly say that the amenities at this location are up to standards tons of en parking a nice place to work out not to mention the outside area being historic is literally lovely. The units are greatly priced and include a lot of the value. I would definitely set up a tour.

which one i wanted we signed the lease, two days later she calls with excuses about it begging still being rented out to another person after we had just went into the apartment, so when i told her i will take the other one she agreed we signed the lease and i ended up with another apartment i had never seen The apartment was given to me dirty and doors are all broken. I didn't get to move in till the 15 of December and all my paperwork was in process since november 15. Never received the proper keys to the apartment OR gym . you can tell the maintenance people are not even professionals at what they do.

The staff did there best to help with all my initial concerns. The woman at the front desk has been a blessing with making things easier, especially moving out last minute.
