Moving to Clemmons Trace village has been so easy and stress free the staff are great and so helpful anytime I have reached out needing assistance they respond in such a timely manner the complex is nice and quiet and the people are great I was here for full year and loved every minute of it I would absolutely move here again given the chance!

Depending on which area you are shoved into you might end up coming home from a tough day at work, tired from being out or even a funeral and have to endure LOUD music at the top level a speaker can carry along with your park occupied right at your resident's door where YOU are paying rent. Complain if you want, nothing gets accomplished, and you can tell it has been a serious issue by the mail you are still receiving in your box unit number from previous tenants. After management failed to help ...
out with rude "neighbors" I didn't even bother with work orders anymore, I was always told everything was "fine and OK" so no THANKS!

By far the best apartment I have lived in! Amazing staff, always responds very fast. Fun but quiet neighborhood, great for families. Prompt maintenance, never had an issue that wasn't resolved same or next day (not that there were many problems,just regular small stuff). Consistent pest control, never had any issues with bugs, even outside no bug spray is needed. Pet friendly neighborhood, amazing dog park! Pool is great and always very clean.

I've lived here for over two years and I love it. Every one is so nice. If I have a problem, maintenance takes care of it very promptly. Love the pool and have used the gym. Everything is so convenient.

The neighborhood is conveniently located between 421 and I-40. It’s a super easy commute to downtown Winston. There is a lovely playground for the kiddos to play on and a dog park for the pups! Management is great, friendly, and they are quick to address any issues.

Great price comparable to other place in same area. Pool and pond are not near apartments. Playground is very easily accessible and very Kid friendly. Very well up kept.

After shopping around for apartments last year, my wife and I moved to Clemmons Trace Village over the summer. Since then, I have received great service from the staff onsite here and we love our town home style apartment. The units are well maintained with updated floors and appliances and our neighbors are very friendly. I have never had any problems working with the staff here and the rent is very reasonable. It would be a great choice for anyone looking for apartments in this area.

I moved into Clemmons Trace Village village last summer and it was an excellent decision. After shopping around for a few months and speaking with different representatives, I noticed that the staff here are very caring and helpful. The townhome style apartment I moved into is very spacious for the money and it has been well maintained. The staff are also very responsive to service requests. Its truly a great place to live!
