I was trying to find housing for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year at Clemson University, as I am an incoming freshman. I spoke with Tre on the phone to get some details regarding the price, amenities, and floor plans, and he was super helpful. I was somewhat confused about how to fill out my application, but Tre guided me through the process. I signed my lease two days ago and opted for random roommate matching. I am so excited to live at the Clemson Lofts! Thank you, Clemson Lofts staff!!!

I have lived at the lofts for a little under a year and have loved it. The office staff is super friendly and hosts fun events while the maintenance staff is definitely the most caring and personable maintenance crew I have met in Clemson. The apartment is huge and has great natural light. It also had an in unit washer and dryer and plenty of storage

Living at The Lofts could not be a better choice if you're looking for something close to campus and want stress free living! You pay one price for everything, so you don't have to worry about paying 3, 4, or 5 separate bills for rent, utilities, trash, the gym, etc. It's all included!

The Lofts is a very convenient place to live in Clemson and is walkable to downtown/ campus when needed. The new management team is also very concerned with making the Lofts a better place to live with more amenities and a significantly improved clubhouse area. I highly recommend if you are looking for a good place and willing to pay the higher price.

I have lived here for 2 years and it’s so great! We have never had any problems the entire time and it’s such a great location! We walk to football games, to eat on tiger blvd, or even just to campus! Also, maintenance is always great and come to help very quickly! Such a great place to live!!

Had a great experience with maintenance! Moved in roughly two weeks ago and found that the ice maker in the freezer was not working. I filed a maintenance request on a Friday and it was processed and fixed by Zach on Monday. Super easy and responsive. He was in and out of here within 15 minutes and we now have ice! So far, no complaints with management/maintenance and I would definitely recommend the Lofts.

Beware- this is a poorly managed property in every aspect. I signed a lease back in January because there was nothing else available at that time. Management here was very hard to reach by phone the entire process. There is never anyone actually in the office- it is an answering service all the time. Two weeks before move in, they called and said their software had a glitch and they had leased my apartment to two people - even though I had paid my reservation fee and August rent already! How do ...
you not know that you received rent from two people for the same unit? They terminated my lease two weeks before move in! They were very callous and indifferent to the situation their negligence had created. Do not do business with these people or live here.

Hi Pam,
We are regretful of the software issue that resulted in overbooking the unit. This was our first such occurrence during 5 years in Clemson and over 15 years in business. Additional redundancies have been now been added to the system to ensure this cannot happen in the future. However, none of this can remove the sting of knowing we failed you, for which I am extremely sorry.
Our office is staffed from 9am - 6pm weekdays and 10am - 3pm Saturdays. On the two occasions when I was not available to personally take your calls (as I did regularly), our call center passed the message along and I followed up promptly. Utilizing a call center doesn't indicate an empty office or lack of caring, but instead that we value our resident relationships enough to provide those we're assisting with our undivided attention. We believe that employing individuals to answer while we're helping others is far superior to call waiting and impersonal voicemail.

experience the awesome maintenance and customer service that others are posting 5-star reviews about, so I understand why you might make the assumption that the complex is "poorly managed in every aspect". However, the reality is that new residents come and current residents renew because we have a strong reputation in the community as a well-run complex.
Please know how excited we would have been to have your son with us this fall. We wish you and your family well.
