September 9, 2022I’ve lived in the Clermont Apartments since 2013 and have seen many positive changes. The management and maintenance staff are wonderful and work quickly to accommodate requests. March 24, 2021If you own more than one car beware the parking. Parking situation is absolutely terrible. They dont provide more spaces for the cars people own and tow your car if you park anywhere youre not supposed to. Road in the back toward the cul-de-sac is very bad. Pool and gym were closed during summer due to covid, which is understandable, but we were still being charged for both. Sprinklers are on during rain often times. Such a waste of water and money.
